Dr. Kevin Bennett
Teaching Pastor

I’m Kevin Bennett, Teaching Pastor of Grace Point. I grew up in Baltimore, MD, and am still an Orioles fan. I have served churches in MD, VA, TX, OH, TN, and SC. My wife Libbye and I share 9 adult children and 22 grandchildren. We love our big family. We enjoy the beach, college football, concerts, and any activities involving the grandchildren. Grace Point is a church that loves and accepts people unconditionally, just as we are loved and accepted by God. If you are looking for a church home, I encourage you to visit with us for five weeks to really get a feel for who we are. I also teach an introductory class about Grace Point to which you are invited to attend. I hope to see you soon!

John Peters
Associate Pastor
(Children/Youth Leader)

Hi friends. I am excited to work with the great students & families of Grace Point. My wife, Becca, and I have two sons: Jeremy, who is a quality control specialist for Apple Computers in Shanghai, China, and Kyle, who is a caddy on the PGA tour. Becca is currently the music director at Carolina Bay Church in West Ashley and Patient Advocate in the pharmacy of MUSC. I have served churches in MI, KY, TN, and SC in the area of Student Ministry. I love sports, music, umpiring, refereeing, meeting new people, and I work as an ESPN sports broadcaster, primarily at Charleston Southern University. My greatest desire and joy is to see the lives of teens and their families changed by the love and power of Jesus Christ. At Grace Point, we will seek to minister WITH youth and children as well as TO them. I encourage you to invite everyone, including the students and children in your life, to come join this wonderful family of faith at Grace Point.

Jason Ridge
Worship/Administrative Pastor

I am Jason Ridge. Associate Pastor of Worship and Administration for Grace Point. I have been serving in the ministry for 20 plus years here in Charleston. Even though I am a small town “country boy” born and raised in Lexington, North Carolina, I call Charleston my home now. I have four adult children: Joseph, Wesley, Thomas, and Bennett.

Utilizing music to communicate with God through worship is an integral part of what we do here at Grace Point. We invite and welcome you here with open arms. I encourage you to worship with us this and every Sunday at 10:30am.
